Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, grated into rice-sized pieces
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
